What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing you've already saved is touched or hidden. You just can't add more of that one thing until you free up room, wait for the yearly refill, or move up a plan. The app shows each meter so you see it coming.
Does everyone in my household need to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole household — every member gets the plan's limits and features. The plan belongs to the household, not to the person who bought it, so it stays put if that person leaves.
Can I buy an Intelligence upgrade without changing my plan?
Yes. The two are independent. A free account can run Max intelligence, and an Advanced account can stay on the included models.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Everything is billed through the App Store or Google Play with the payment method already on your account. Cancel any time from your Apple or Google subscription settings — you keep what you paid for until the period ends, then drop to Forever free. We never see your card.
What happens to my stuff if I downgrade?
It stays. Nothing is deleted for being over a limit — you simply can't add new items until you're back under it.

Plan and Intelligence subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until cancelled. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown in US dollars; the amount you actually pay is set by your store and may differ by region and tax.
